His work focuses on bridging scientific progress with commercial application, driving the green transition through scalable, market-ready solutions.

Previously, Ejnar was the CEO of SEGES Innovation P/S, where he led transformative projects aimed at fostering both growth and sustainability within the agricultural sector. With a strong track record of collaboration with universities, advisory services, and farmers, he has deep insight into the challenges and opportunities involved in translating academic research into practical, on-farm solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.

Ejnar also has experience working with agricultural information technology systems. He holds a Master of Science in Agriculture from the University of Copenhagen.
