Jacob Jensen has been the Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries since December 15, 2022. He has been a member of the Danish Parliament for the Liberal Party since 2005. Throughout his political career, he has served as a spokesperson on e.g. trade and industry, municipal affairs, and finance. Prior to his time in the Danish Parliament, he worked in various roles at A.P. Møller, both in Copenhagen and London.
